We share information with companies that help us process the transactions you request and protect our customers' transactions from fraud, such as sharing your credit card number with a service that screens for lost and stolen card numbers.

We share limited information with our affiliates for customer service.

We at Nine Inc. carry many different products, the warranties and return policies are outlined for each.  The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returned items.

Mini-Mate Air Purifier- 1 year warranty for all materials and workmanship from date of purchase, for full refund.  Warranty does not extend to negligence or accident, or to any repairs done by any party other than the parent company, (Wein Products, Inc.)  Must return warranty card within 90 days of purchase to Wein Products to activate warranty.  Contact information is included with the product.

All GHT Products- No questions asked full refund for 60 days from the date of purchase.  Please return any unused portion of the product to Nine Inc., upon receiving your return; the full purchase price will be refunded.  Please contact us at info@nineinc.com prior to returning our product.
